The room was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me, even though English was not their first language. They used translation apps on their phones to communicate, and there was one particular lady who spoke English fluently and was always there to help.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The hotel is conveniently situated on a quiet street, making it a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Within walking distance, there are shopping malls and plenty of delicious seafood restaurants to explore. the rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay. the staff, although limited in English proficiency, are friendly and eager to assist, even using translation apps to communicate effectively.

It is a disappointment that the hotel lacks additional facilities like a bar or recreational activities, limiting options to relax outside their rooms.

There were also plenty of seafood restaurants nearby, perfect for food lovers. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to travel to Software Park 2. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. While most of them didn't speak English, they made an effort to assist us using translation apps on their phones. There was one staff member who spoke excellent English and went above and beyond to help us whenever she was available.

During my New Year stay at this hotel, I had a great experience overall. The hotel offered automatic late check-out at 2:00 pm, which was very convenient. the breakfast started early at 5:00 am, perfect for those who needed to start their day early. A refreshing touch was the availability of hot ginger water, which was a nice touch during the cold weather. The hotel's key location was also a plus, as it was easily accessible and close to various attractions in the area.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay at the hotel. the sound insulation was not the best as noises from the road could be heard in the rooms.

The hotel was conveniently located with lots of shopping malls and seafood restaurants nearby. the room was comfortable and clean, and the bathtub was a nice touch. the tea serving set and TV channel selection added some extra comfort.

There were some negative aspects that detracted from the overall experience. the breakfast was quite disappointing, especially for Westerners who had limited options and faced a lot of starch-heavy dishes.
